Workmanship and material have a 90 day warranty from purchase date on receipt. It is only valid under normal use and conditions. If you have warranty problems please go to the "Contact Us" page via the top menu.
If you have a problem or concern please go to to the "Contact Us" page (via the top menu). Please submit a contact number and your name, what the problem or concern is, and any other information you think is necessary.
Please note all returns are paid by you, the customer. (freight prepaid)
Also note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges.
If a credit card is used all refunds will be credited back to the credit card used in the purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified about your refund by mail, phone, e-mail, or fax .
Any and all information that you the customer have provided to JENELCO in order to complete any business transactions shall remain as limited as possible and will be held in the strictest of confidence. Any and all information that was used during our business transaction shall not be sold, transferred or given out.
However, we do fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to release information about visitors who we believe to be engaged in such activities.
